Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearing August 8, 2017, beginning at 3:00 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA. Hearaing was continued on Monday, August 14 at 6:30 PM

RDA-~Submitted by Theodore Babbitt 92 Porcupine Point. Applicant seeks to put in a new septic in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. After discussion on Thursday, plan was modified for presentation on Monday. Unanimous decision for a negative determination. RDA 2017-09. Straw waddle to be installed between work area and pond. A few trees in access path and within septic area may be removed. Strict adherence to the revised plan prepared by Berkshire Engineering.
